Today we are excited to announce AGT is an Express Collaboration Specialized (ECS) Partner of Cisco, further expanding the technical knowledge base and capabilities of our A/V, Sales, IT and Client Care teams.
So, what does it mean to be a Cisco ECS Partner? According to Cisco, “The Cisco Express Collaboration Specialization tests knowledge in selling, designing, installing, and supporting many of the Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6K) portfolio of products, to include Express-level Authorized Technology Provider (ATP)-level TelePresence products.” This certification will allow AGT to develop our sales, technical and service capabilities for Cisco collaboration solutions and products, and further advances our status as a Cisco Premier Partner.
