The Design Process
The first step in the design process at AGT is an evaluation. During our evaluation, we assess your existing environment, whether it’s an auditorium, outdated video conference room, or a new space that needs to be built from scratch. We also identify your goals, objectives and budget in this step.
Scope of Work
Following a venue evaluation and assessment of your needs and wants, we capture and define a solution with a design. With the future always in mind, our design engineers have a clear understanding of the latest technologies in multimedia, performance and presentation solutions, knowing which tools will work and integrate in your environment. During this stage, a solution is identified.
When the scope of work is finalized, we meet with our clients one-on-one and present the big idea. During our demonstration we cover the functionality, value and timeline of our design and subsequent implementation.
