Ben Atha Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Ben Atha is in his 20th year at AGT– the company he co-founded in 1993. As Chief Executive Officer, Ben leads AGT’s corporate and technical strategy. Most recently serving as President and Chief Technology Officer at AGT, Ben has been the driving force of the company’s research and development, engineering and customer-specific integration. Under his guidance, the company has developed innovative services and technology that make video collaboration easier to manage and more accessible to the end user. Prior to the establishment of AGT, Ben developed his skills with more than 10 years of extensive communication systems research and development in both military and commercial applications. Ben holds both his undergraduate degree and his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and currently resides in northwest Atlanta. Michael J. Valletutti Co-Founder and Advisor Mike Valletutti co-founded AGT in 1993, and served as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from its establishment through 2013. Mike led AGT from its inception as a systems integrator to its current position as a leading provider of managed and cloud video services. Under Mike’s leadership, AGT pioneered managed video services. His forward-thinking philosophy also led to the development of AGT’s cloud-based services, which extend video communication beyond the limitations of the conference room to any location or device. He continues to serve the company in an advisory role. Mike holds a master's and bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he specialized in Economic Decision Analysis, Operations Research and Modeling, and Quality Control. Bob Wood Chief Operations Officer As Chief Operations Officer of Applied Global Technologies, Bob Wood oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and corporate strategy. Bob joined AGT in 2011 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and managed all sales and marketing operations while establishing the company’s first partner program. Bob has more than 15 years of executive management experience and an extensive background in hosting, cloud processing and Unified Communications markets. Prior to joining AGT, Bob was Vice President of Sales for Sagemcom, headquartered in Paris, France, where he managed sales initiatives for the Americas and expanding coverage into Asia-Pacific markets. Prior to joining Sagemcom, he worked as North America Vice President of Sales for Captaris, a leading provider of software products automating document-centric business processes. In addition, Bob served as Vice President, North America for 10 years at MediaTel Corporation, a global SaaS information and e-document solutions provider to Fortune 1000 corporations. Bob helped transition MediaTel through its subsequent purchase by AVT Corporation. Bob is a graduate of the 1999 EEP, Management Program at Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University in 1982, with a major in Marketing and Statistics. Mark Cray Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing Mark Cray is the Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing for AGT. Mark has 15 years of experience in the unified communications & video conferencing services industry. He has a diverse software & services background, serving many key roles in engineering, management, operation, and sales and marketing. As Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, Mark plays an instrumental role in shaping company and solution positioning, direction and strategy, and sales execution. Often tasked with building new solution offerings and business practices from conception to execution, Mark developed and launched AGT’s managed and cloud video services and played a critical role in bringing AGT’s video-as-a-service platform to market. Mark has always stayed deeply connected to AGT’s clients, serving as a bridge between the users and the technology. He works closely with AGT’s research and development team, cultivating innovative and transformational video solutions that meet user needs. Mark also serves on the board of the IMCCA, a non-profit industry association resolved to strengthen and grow the overall collaborative conferencing and UC industry. Prior to AGT, Mark served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Operation Specialist & Electrical Safety Inspector. He currently resides in Florida on the Space Coast. Todd Jacobson Vice President, Product Development A member of the leadership team since 2000, Todd Jacobson brings 15 years of conferencing technology experience to AGT. In his current role as Vice President of Product Development, Todd leads AGT's research and development (R&D) and oversees delivery of ground breaking conferencing products for the cloud and enterprise. His team is responsible for the development of AGT's award-winning Fathom HD and EncoreB2B platforms. Prior to AGT, Todd was a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy from 1993 - 2000. During his tenure, he served in a management role for the Navy's Learning and Video Teletraining (VTT) Network.He holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a master's degree from Troy State University. Mark Bradley Vice President, Client Services Mark Bradley is the Vice President of AGT's Client Services, leading all client support, IT, engineering and professional service efforts. Mark is responsible for ensuring all AGT clients receive the highest level of service available in today's marketplace. Prior to joining AGT, Mark managed global operations for Coca Cola Enterprises (CCE), where he oversaw support operations for both North America and Europe. Before serving CCE, he was Manager of Technical Operations for eDeltacom, where he managed the Network Operation Center (NOC) for eDeltacom's 360,000 square foot Suwannee, Ga. data center. Mark is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management. He currently resides in northwest Atlanta. Chad Law Controller Chad Law is Controller at AGT, overseeing all planning, monitoring and reporting of the company’s accounting and financial functions. Chad joined AGT in 2005, and since that time he has held several roles of increasing responsibility within the company’s accounting and finance department. With 17 years of industry experience and nearly 10 years at AGT, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge to his responsibilities, including financial data analysis, financial reporting and ensuring the appropriate internal controls are in place. Chad began his career at NxTrend Technology (now Infor Global Solutions), a provider of enterprise software solutions, and served as Financial Analyst and Accounting Technician. Chad received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Central Florida. He currently resides in Florida.
