You can download our free app “PerfectMeetings Mobile” at the app store, and you can immediately start using our PerfectMeetings Cloud services over the internet. For enterprise solutions, our app is supported in our ENCORE UC Video Platform and Mobile Telepresence Gateway. The ENCORE Mobile Telepresence Gateway is available for purchase and can be cascaded with your existing Polycom or Cisco MCU. Our ENCORE UC Video Platform is available in a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model.

No, FATHOM HD is not a traffic simulation device. When in testing mode, FATHOM HD places actual H.323 test calls directly to your video endpoints at the call speeds that you use for video conferencing. Once in a test call with an endpoint, FATHOM HD passes full motion video and audio, and collects audio and video jitter, packet loss, and latency statistics in both directions.

FATHOMHD supports test call speeds from 128K – 6MB. Additionally, FATHOMHD can support up to 7 simultaneous calls at 6MB.

In monitor mode, FATHOM HD will passively monitor all your on-going video calls from any major endpoint manufacturer. You can view the web based dashboard which displays jitter and packet loss for all active calls. Additionally, FATHOM HD will send automatic alerts and auto-chart any calls that exceed jitter and packet loss thresholds.

FATHOMHD works with any major equipment manufacturer including; Polycom, Cisco, and Lifesize.
