Video Network Management Services (VNMS)

VNMS is a Managed Service offered by AGT that focuses on the operational support and management of MCU’s, Gateways, Gatekeepers, and Endpoints.

AGT provides the operational personnel (remote or on-site) to deliver the service, tools to analyze/troubleshoot the IP video network and monitor dispersed endpoints, and software to report and analyze on collaboration usage. AGT can manage your existing equipment or provide new equipment depending on your requirements.

Delivering the Service with On-site Personnel

Based on your individual requirements, you may desire full time operational support with on-site support staff. AGT's on site personnel perform a variety of different roles at your location including:

Delivering the Service with Remote Support

Remote support is ideal for customers that desire the enhanced operational benefits of a Managed Service, but however, may not have the requirement to require full time on site resources from AGT. For remote support, AGT provides operational support via our 24/7 Video Operations Center, while still providing the tools to analyze/troubleshoot the IP video network and monitor dispersed endpoints, and software to report and analyze on collaboration usage. These tools can be located on your premise or in our Video Operations Center.

Delivering the Service with “Smart” Tools

AGT has developed “Smart” Tools for our VNMS service. “Smart” Tools are incorporated into VNMS to provide an automated, pro-active, and scalable service. These “Smart” tools include AGT’s award winning FATHOM, Nexus, and Portal technologies. The technologies, integrated into a single package provide a complete toolset for Video Network Management.

  • Site Ready for Use Testing

These tools are used by our expert personnel (on-site or remote) to operate, manage, and monitor the video network. In addition, AGT provides end users access to the Web Portal if desired to view/enter trouble tickets, view/create usage reports, and a variety of other activities. Our customers’ administrative personnel can also be provided with an interface that provides them with a dashboard view of endpoint status, call status, trouble ticket status, and current utilization.

Managed AV Services

In addition to MCU’s, Gateways, Gatekeepers, and Endpoints, AGT also provides operational support and management of your Audio Visual equipment including; plasmas, LCD projectors, cameras, AMX/Crestron control systems, video/audio mixers, microphones, and sound systems. AGT can manage your existing AV equipment or provide new equipment depending on your requirements.
