• Discovery with Network Provider to determine the best transport technology
• Determination of appropriate bandwidth and network topology
• Coordination with Network Provider to ensure QoS technologies are implemented from edge routers through the network
• Coordination with Data Network Management Provider to ensure QoS technologies are implemented on core routing and switching components
