This VIDEO PRESENTER Managed Services Package is available for a fixed monthly fee.

Accessed through AGT's PERSPECTIVETM Collaboration Portal (c/P), VIDEO PRESENTER is the first service that provides a universal two-step process for connecting to a live presentation using new videoconferencing systems, legacy systems, and PCs: Step 1) enter IP, ISDN or URL address, and Step 2) enter meeting PIN. For the first time, collaboration users may present or attend meetings with minimal training, barriers or support requirements.

This new service offers storage of presentations (power point, jpegs, VISIO drawings and more) for easy recall and displays them upon demand as part of a visual presentation. By utilizing the major videoconferencing manufacturers' remote controls, individuals may easily switch between three presentation modes - 1) full-screen business quality videoconferencing (point-to-point or multipoint), 2) both presentation and presenter window, or 3) full-screen presentation. Recording and playback features allow for streaming and long term archiving.

The Grand Slam Package includes the FATHOMTM hardware and software technology which provides IP video network analysis and troubleshooting. Unlike any other tool in the market, FATHOM actually simulates H.323 IP video traffic directly to the endpoint, thus enabling on-site personnel to troubleshoot and retrieve vital network video parameter statistics. FATHOM also provides on-site personnel a tool from which to pro-actively monitor all endpoints on the customer network. With an alert system, FATHOM immediately notifies personnel of hardware failures and network outages.

NEXUS c/A is included in the Grand Slam package; providing customers with an objective reporting of video and collaboration usage within the organization. This software solution captures the duration of conferences, site attendance in conferences, the number of collaboration resources utilized at given time period and a host of other conference statistics.

Within the package, AGT's on-site personnel perform a variety services including end user support, operational support, troubleshooting, set up and facilitation of conferences, end user training and application development. One of the primary roles of the on-site personnel is to help each organization improve its use of conferencing in order to achieve each company's objectives.
