Services Portfolio by Creating NEXUSc/R
Software package generates key statistical reports that
assist in collaboration resource management

team has just completed a new software package that provides
detail usage tracking reports for its customers. NEXUSc/R™
, also known as NEXUS Collaboration Reporter, delivers hard
data on the actual use of conferencing resources so that customers
can evaluate current trends and develop credible plans for
the future.
"NEXUSc/R allows AGT's Managed Services Division to provide
customers with complete usage statistics on their collaboration

software tracks minutes used, destination of calls, call types
and port utilization on the MCU. NEXUSc/R pulls call
record information from multiple MCU's on a network and provides
users with the ability to build custom reports."
