United States National Guard Selects AGT to Provide Enterprise Maintenance & Support
AGT will handle all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands

Rockledge, FL  August 12, 2004 -  Applied Global Technologies, proven experts in IP collaboration technologies and solutions,  announces it will provide its Enterprise Technology Service Plan to cover 55 Polycom MGC MCUs and 54 secure Polycom/Titan Endpoints for the National Guard.  AGT's Enterprise Technology Service plan is custom designed to meet the specific needs of customers operating mission critical video conferencing networks.

 The service plan includes a dedicated engineering staff, a private support hotline, equipment maintenance services, and AGT's proprietary FATHOM™ technology, an IP H.323 network analysis tool used to troubleshoot network issues.  AGT will also provide a Web-based trouble ticketing system and PERSPECTIVE™, a multi-point Web collaboration tool.
