Selects AGT to Provide Enterprise Maintenance & Support
AGT will handle all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and the
Virgin Islands
Rockledge, FL August 12, 2004 - Applied Global

and solutions, announces it will provide its Enterprise
Technology Service Plan to cover 55 Polycom MGC MCUs and 54
secure Polycom/Titan Endpoints for the National Guard.
AGT's Enterprise Technology Service plan is custom designed
to meet the specific needs of customers operating mission
critical video conferencing networks.

provide the National Guard with the network readiness required

The service plan includes a dedicated engineering staff,
a private support hotline, equipment maintenance services,

network analysis tool used to troubleshoot network issues.
AGT will also provide a Web-based trouble ticketing system
and PERSPECTIVE™, a multi-point Web collaboration tool.
