AGT Achieves Polycom Platinum Certification
Certification enables superior service and support for Polycom conferencing and collaboration

Rockledge, FL.  July 27, 2004 - Applied Global Technologies, proven experts in IP collaboration technologies and solutions, today announced it has achieved Platinum Channel Certification from Polycom, Inc., the world's leading provider of unified collaborative communications solutions.  As a platinum certified channel partner, Applied Global Technologies can provide customers with superior service and support for Polycom's integrated, end-to-end voice, video, web and data communications solutions.

The platinum certification is the highest of three certification levels available through the program, including certified, certified gold and certified platinum.  To achieve platinum certification, channel partners must meet a rigorous suite of requirements surrounding converged voice, video and network solutions including such things as customer satisfaction, enterprise networking environments, end-user training, and sales and service support.
