AGT Hits Record First Quarter
2004 Revenue of $6M
Private communications company's operating revenue increases
58% over prior year
Rockledge, FL May 6, 2004 - Applied Global Technologies,
an innovative technologies company offering reliable and worry-free
managed services for IP audio, data and video communications,
announces another record quarter with revenues of $6M
in Q1 2004. This marks a 58% increase over the comparable
period of the prior year.
"We are successfully building upon our mission of providing
outstanding service and support," stated Mike Valletutti,

in video conferencing, our customers are now relying on AGT
to deliver the full collaboration environment."
The most recent quarter was filled with achievements from
each of the company's four Divisions:
Hardware Solutions: The quarter was
highlighted by a multi-million dollar contract with the National
Guard Bureau to equip the offices of its 54 Adjutants General
with video conferencing technology. More than
50 endpoints were delivered this quarter, with more than 30
MCUs delivered in April.
Custom A/V Integration: As part of
its work in Q1, this division completed custom A/V multimedia
room projects for Hanscom Air Force Base, Forces Command,
USDA, US Army Corp of Engineers, Randolph Air Force Base and
select Marine Bases in the U.S. Integration services
increased five fold over the comparable quarter in 2003.
Managed Services: AGT began the implementation
for two new Managed Services clients in Q1 2004, serving the
US Senate and Ericsson, Inc.
Engineering/Software Development: The
creation of FATHOM™, an IP video analysis tool which
evaluates networks' ability to handle video traffic at desired
quality and quantity, was finalized and deployed in Q1.
In addition, the team created a new PUSH-TO-TALK CAMERA TRACKING
SYSTEM, which provides customers with an adaptable camera
system integrating multiple presets, multiple cameras, multiple
microphones and even multiple rooms integrated into a single
seamless PTT system.

growth in sales, profitability and cash flow, while continuing
to invest in R&D, evidence by the release of two new products
in the quarter," stated Harry Ericson, Chief Financial

position to support continued growth in company value."
The company was also honored in Q1 by Polycom, Inc with the
Polycom 2003 "Solution of the Year" award.
The company is in a strong position for Q2 with backlog
at record levels.
