Dr. S. Ann Earon is President of Telemanagement Resources
International Inc. (TRI), a 22 year old consulting practice
specializing in marketing, communications, and training with
an emphasis on market research, assessment, design, project
management, promotions & training for teleconferencing
(audio, web & video) systems. Ann is chairperson
of the Interactive Multimedia & Collaborative Communications
Alliance (IMCCA), the non-profit industry association for
conferencing & collaborative communications. She
is a graduate of Colby College, holds a masters degree in
Instructional Technology and Educational Administration from
Northeastern University, and a Ph.D. from Boston College with
majors in business, speech & communications, and education.
