Video Integration Services
Applied Global Technologies was awarded an Endorsed-1 status, having met or exceeded all the required core elements set by MiCTA and the ATAlliance, prevailed in the comprehensive RFP process for Video Integration Services, and has been judged by MiCTA and the ATAlliance to be the best overall value for VIS products and services based on price, quality,
service, etc. as identified during the RFP #MSC-0008 evaluation process.

This Master Agreement is generally for three years, and shall specifically commence on October 1, 2004, (“Effective Date”) and end on September 30, 2007. MSC reserves the right to extend the term of this Master Agreement for two (2) additional one-year terms.
