AGT's smart, automated server-based technology allows users to connect point-to-point and multipoint through a PIN-driven system. By dialing a consistent IP or ISDN number from your video conferencing appliance, individuals are connected to AGT's On Demand Service (branded as VIDEO PRESENTER™). Then, by entering a specific meeting PIN (just like audio conferencing), individual video sites are automatically connected to the desired meeting. The users are able to do this without assistance. AGT has removed all the compatibility problems many users are familiar with in the old "traditional" method of conferencing. Now, users control their own destiny - not dependant upon others to set up meetings and handle complex technical challenges.

On Demand Presentation/Content Storage and Recall

Contained within the service, users are able to download content (i.e. Power Point Presentation) from their PC that they are able to easily recall at will during any meeting using any video conferencing appliance. The recall functionality is contained in the intuitive menu-driven user interface. No longer are you required to buy extra hardware, concern yourself with complicated cables and connections. Now, you can enter your conference room with confidence that the material you want to show during your meeting will be awaiting your command.

The menu system allows you to recall the slides, show the slides, move forward or backward through slides, show or hide slides all through your current VTC remote control. It is easy to use.

On Demand Streaming

With everyone's hectic schedules, we are not always able to get to a video conferencing appliance for meetings. Yet, we want to be able to see the people in the meeting and we want to be able to view presentations. With AGT's bundled service and at the desire of the host/presenter, meetings may be streamed to the internet for viewing by those not able to attend.

This powerful feature is contained and controlled within the menu-driven user interface. No longer do you have to call someone else or engage some other piece of equipment to stream your meetings. With AGT's On Demand system, the host/presenter can choose to stream and can make it happen using the standard VTC remote control.

Streaming is best viewed by PC users in Internet Explorer. By entering a private Meeting PIN, PC users are able to view the video and content in a single window, side-by-side. Audio plays through the PC speakers.

On Demand PC Participation

In some cases, those on the road are vital to a meeting and desire to participate in the discussion. Yet, they need to be able to see the same content that the other video conferencing participants are seeing in order to speak intelligently during the meeting. AGT includes streaming of the content-only to the PC (many know this as "web conferencing") while the road warrior participates in the verbal discussion using his telephone. Same phone number is dialed and same meeting PIN is utilized for simplicity sake.

On Demand Recording/Archiving

Now you can record any meeting whenever you choose. The host/presenter has the ability to use the menu-drive user interface to record meetings or special events for storage and playback at will.
