Michael J. Valletutti : Chairman & CEO, co-founder
Michael Valletutti provides AGT with more than 15 years of direct experience in audio, video and data collaboration technologies.  As a co-founder of the company he now chairs, Valletutti is a driving force in the innovation of IP collaborative communication tools that are integrated into the work place environment and are easy-to-use.  His forward thinking philosophy drives him to create solutions that take business communication beyond the limitations of today.   He holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) from Georgia Tech where he specialized in Economic Decision Analysis, Operations Research and Modeling, and Quality Control.  His hobbies include financial trading as a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) since passing the Series 3 Exam in 1995.
J.Ben Atha : President & CTO, co-founder
Ben Atha is in his 13th year with Applied Global Technologies  -  the company he co-founded in 1993.   Atha is responsible for AGT's research and development, engineering and customer specific integration.  He was the lead design engineer for VCAS, purchased by Polycom and renamed Polycom Conference Suite in 2003.  He is lead design engineer for the US Navy CNET program, SmartProv, PERSPECTIVE™ and a host of projects over the past decade.  He holds both his undergraduate degree and his Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and currently resides in northwest Atlanta.

Mike Garvey : Mobile & Fixed Emergency Communications
Mike Garvey leads AGT's First Responder Emergency Communications Development team out of the company's Chantilly, VA office, providing more than 20 years experience in IT engineering, multimedia network design and analysis along with senior level sales.  Garvey has played a key role in AGT's 200% growth over the past three years.  His career has included responsibilities at Unisys Corporation and the Communications Workers of America.  The Washington, DC native assisted in the design of the Holocaust and National Museum of the American Indian Multimedia Centers.  He also designed the mass storage video system for Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation.  In addition to numerous industry certifications, Garvey holds a Bachelors degree from James Madison University.

Todd Jacobson: Product Development
Todd Jacobson leads the AGT Research and Development team in the continued innovation of ground breaking products that improve usage and provide ease-of-use for the conferencing industry.  Jacobson joined AGT in November 2000 as Director of Business Development.  He holds his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and his Masters from Troy State University.  The Mississippi native is a former officer in the United States Navy.

Mark Cray : Conference Ready Managed Services
Mark Cray is the Director of the Conference Ready Managed Services Business Unit.  As Director, he is responsible for growth and development of the Unit.  Cray joined AGT in 1998 where he has served several key roles over the past eight years including:  Engineering, Sales and Management.  During his tenure, he and his team were instrumental in developing AGT's IP Migration expertise and Managed Services capabilities.  Mark has been committed to developing services and solutions focused on improving the end user experience, driving adoption of video conferencing and lowering the total cost of ownership.  His team is closely integrated with the company's Reserach & Development team.  The joint effort has produced an industry leading IP Video Migration/Test tool (FATHOM), an integrated service Portal, and is releasing solutions that enhance the traditional A/V market with new technologies.  Cray is a former Nuclear Power Plant Operator with the US Navy.  He spent six years on the USS George Washington. Cray works out of AGT's headquarters in Rockledge, FL.
 
Jean Jones : Distance Learning
A recognized pioneer in Distance Learning for two decades, Jean Jones has managed one of the original and most successful distance learning networks in the military, utilizing a wide range of technologies.  Following her days as a teacher for Department of Defense Dependent Schools and in the private sector, she became a Supervisory Instructional Systems Specialist in Civil Service and became the co-founder of the Navy's Video Teletraining (VTT) Network. She represents the network in committees, user groups, conferences and seminars and she wrote articles for industry journals, newspapers, and periodicals to promote awareness of network capabilities.  Jones leads the AGT Virginia Beach office.
 
Tim Shockley :  Integration Services
The ten year AGT veteran is responsible for the design,  implementation and project management within the Company's A/V Integration Division.  Providing leadership in the seamless integration of existing and emerging technologies, Shockley has developed multimedia centers with US Veteran's Affairs, Third Army (Atlanta & Kuwait), Defense Language Institute and the US Navy.  The former systems engineer developed secure video solutions for the US Air Force in Korea, Japan, Guam and Alaska.  Shockley holds key certifications from Cisco, Polycom, Tandberg, AMX, Crestron, VTEL, Accord, Ezenia, Lucent to name a few.  He resides in the Company's headquarters (Rockledge, FL).
