ANALYTICS collects CDR’s from Polycom MGC’s, RMX’s, AGT’s ENCORE and FATHOM and provides an easy way to create detailed reports via a web interface. Analytics gathers and reports detailed usage records of IP and ISDN video conferencing, providing summary reports, usage evaluations, port utilization, duration analysis and participant details.


ANALYTICS has been specifically designed to provide the ability to compile raw data for all video conferencing sources in order to maximize business and operational objectives and to create customized reports.
