AGT’s roots date back to the early 1990s, when two research engineers from Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) saw an opportunity to apply software and engineering to solve real-world problems. Their passion for innovation, combined with their entrepreneurial spirits, brought about the inception of our company.

During our early years as a company, AGT specialized in the design and integration of complex video networks. Over the next decade, we developed several successful products for Conference Scheduling and IP video testing to help our customers solve problems. AGT continued its success by pioneering managed services for video conferencing and establishing an audio visual integration practice, solidifying our position as the go-to vendor for designing, integrating and supporting collaboration environments for organizations. Shortly after, AGT’s R&D team developed one of the industry’s first desktop and mobile video conferencing solutions, extending video collaboration beyond the limitations of the traditional conference room to any device, anywhere. Today, AGT is a leading provider of managed and visual collaboration solutions that facilitate efficient and effective collaboration for organizations of all sizes.

Chief Executive Officer

Mark Cray is the CEO of AGT, a role he was prepared to take on after 16 years with our company. He began his AGT career as a Regional Business Manager and has assumed roles in operations, sales, marketing, engineering and service delivery along the way. Mark serves on the board of IMCCA, a non-profit industry association resolved to strengthen and grow the overall collaborative conferencing and unified communications industry. He currently resides in Florida, where he enjoys spending time with his two sons and staying active outdoors.



Mark Bradley
Chief Operating Officer

Mark Bradley is the COO of AGT and is responsible for the company’s financial management, strategic planning, business segment management and development, support operations and human resources. During his time at AGT, Mark has held leadership roles such as Vice President of Client Services and Director of Client Care, demonstrating his continuous commitment to customer service. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Tech and currently resides in northwest Atlanta with his family of four.

Chad Law

Chad is AGT’s controller, overseeing all planning, monitoring and reporting of the company’s accounting and financial functions. With over 18 years of industry experience and 10 years at AGT, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge to his responsibilities. Chad received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Central Florida. He currently resides in Florida with his wife, two sons and Labrador Retriever. He enjoys spending most of his free time hauling his kids to their various extracurricular activities.
